Research Projects

Dr. DeLuca's research is rooted in his aim to change the direction of theoretical thinking about educational assessment to incite classroom learning cultures that value and use assessment to improve student learning. In addition to advancing classroom assessment theory, Dr. DeLuca has been instrumental in establishing the field of assessment education by researching innovative models for teachers’ professional learning in assessment.
